Key Account Manager
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Delivering Customers Profit and Loss together with Mondelez International Shares at Retailers and agreed growth targets
Defining the Customer Strategy
Recommendations towards manager as for the route to market for assigned customers, developing and executing the strategy for Customers (retailers) and the Customer Business Plans (CBP) for these
Accountability for all Sales Contracts, negotiations & agreements. incl. Terms and Conditions with Customers/RetailersIpartners
Accountability for Sales Contract Execution and Fulfilment including but not limited to developing, ensuring execution, and assessment on all pay for performance criteria with Customers within the agreed Terms and Conditions. All agreed performances fulfilment must be supported by proofs of performance
Defining and delivering distribution targets by customer through ensuring (and negotiating with customers) required listings by customer, and through managing and ensuring through 3rd party partners optimized coverage and sales force execution
Shared Responsibility with Customer-Marketing function for developing the annual In-Store Activity Plans within the scope of the role, that deliver against the given (by category planning) brand marketing strategies and tasks, as well as meeting customer (retailer) needs and strategies. Shared Accountability for developing,gaining approval for and executing all In-Store Activity Implementation including Promotions, Point of Sale Management, Merchandising, Displays and shelf pricing execution
Building Customer Relationships in order to achieve the above
Managing and coordination of field sales-force execution at assigned customers.
Experience in retail environment distribution systems as well as business understanding
Decision quality and timely decision making & analytical skills
Negotiation and communication skills
Good MS Office Skills
Fluency in English is mandatory
